About HOPARD s.r.o.
We are a Czech manufacturer of flexo printing, shirring and rewinding machines for sausage casings, based in Pardubice. We support the success of Czech manufacturers by creating the best technical solutions, great logistics and excellent service. We care about our welcoming and highly productive environment and are happy to be one of the best at what we do.
The main business products of HOPARD, s.r.o. are flexo printing, shirring and rewinding machines, designed for polyamide and collagen casings. We are involved in the implementation of extrusion lines for the production of polyamide casings for our customers.
HOPARD, s.r.o. was founded in 2011 by Pavel and Zdeněk Hošek. It builds on the experience and tradition of Mr Zdeněk Hošek, senior, who worked in this field for 40 years and was an important expert in this segment. The initial machines documentation dates from 1973-2000 and is constantly adapted to today’s requirements. Our Company manages its own development and design. Since its establishment in 2011, HOPARD, s.r.o. has experienced dynamic development and achieved a significant year-on-year increase in economic results. Within a short time, the Company has built a good position on the market with a number of regular and satisfied customers.
The aim of HOPARD, s.r.o. is to provide quality and professional services in the field of flexo printing and shirring machine production and sales, including their service. Continuous improvement of service quality is the basic condition for achieving Company prosperity and the satisfaction of our customers and employees. Based on increasing customer satisfaction, we want to increase our current market position and expand our global market by gaining the trust of new customers.
Our Company has made a significant breakthrough since 2015, when it launched an upgraded version of its shirring and printing machines. Our machines are currently exported to Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Lithuania, Poland, Moldova, Armenia and the Netherlands.
HOPARD, s.r.o. has 7 regular employees and 8 contractual employees. These employees are involved in the development, design, machine manufacturing, assembly of components, electrical installation, software development, sales and servicing of the machine offer.
We have a long-term cooperation with an external company, which has 60 employees, for the production of machine parts.
In 2018, we purchased a Haas ST20Y CNC lathe and a Haas VF2 CNC milling machine. We are thus able to respond to our customers‘ needs more quickly and strive to speed up individual orders. These CNC machines are primarily specialised in the production of printing nodes for our flexo printing machines, where high-precision machine parts are required.
Our main assembly hall is 17 x 15 m, the secondary assembly hall is 14 x 14 m and the machining room is 17 x 5 m.
